- Take 295 South to FL-202 E/J Turner Butler Blvd West exit
- Follow FL-202 E/J Turner Butler Blvd West to Southside Blvd North Exit

- Follow Perimeter Park Blvd. then turn left on Perimeter Park Ct.
- St Johns Vein Center will be on your left.
From the East/Jacksonville Beach:
- Follow FL-202 E/J Turner Butler Blvd West to Southside Blvd North Exit
- Follow Southside Blvd North to Perimeter Park Blvd.
- Follow Perimeter Park Blvd. then turn left on Perimeter Park Ct.
- St Johns Vein Center will be on your left.
OR
- Head South on I-95 South until exit 344 for FL-202 East (JT Butler Blvd, E)
- Take exit 344 for FL-202 East (JT Butler Blvd, E)
- Take 295 exit toward International Airport/Daytona Beach
- Keep right at fork for 295 South—Orange Park/Daytona Bch
- Merge onto 295 South
- Take the next exit, Gate Parkway
- Turn left onto Gate Parkway and proceed under 295 overpass
- Take first right onto Ozark Drive, after traffic light
- Drive straight until stop sign and then turn right onto Lake Mead Ave
- At the end of the road, turn left, and St Johns Vein Center will be straight ahead
From the South/Southside/Mandarin:
- Take I-95 North
- Take exit 345 FL-202 E/J Turner Butler Blvd East
- Follow FL-202 E/J Turner Butler Blvd to the Southside Blvd North exit
- Follow Southside Blvd North to Perimeter Park Blvd.

- Take I-95 South
