Dr. Charles (Dan) Procter, Sr. is a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon with over 30 years of peripheral and venous surgery experience. He also holds board certifications in General Surgery, trauma, and critical care. His Training began in General Surgery at the University of Kentucky, continued in Critical Care and Trauma at the University of Miami and Wilford Hall USAF Hospital, and concluded in vascular surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
After Completing his training, Dr. Dan applied all his specialties in the Air Force before joining the teaching staff at the Ochsner Clinic of New Orleans. Moving on, he went into practice in Gainesville, GA., and eventually joined the Longstreet Clinic until he semi-retired in 2015. Dr. Dan returned to the clinic yearly to continue as a venous specialist. Dr. Dan joined the St Johns Vein Center team in 2024 and resides full-time with his wife in Ponte Vedra Beach.
